What is FAID?

The French American Innovation Day (FAID) is the annual flagship seminar of the Office of Science and Technology of the French Embassy in the U.S., Boston section. It brings together scientists, industries and investors in state-of-the-art technologies. Its goals are to showcase the scientific and technological advantages of France to the United States and pave the way for new collaborations between France and the USA. The event is open to and welcomes both corporations and academia.

Prominent academic French and American scientists, as well as corporate executives from both countries, presented the latest advancements in membrane technologies during the first day of the 2012 FAID. The second day was dedicated to 3 parallel working sessions aiming at developing cooperative activities.
